๐ It is mostly because of work but also because I've insisted on running in the evenings. Not long runs but also not super short. I ran 4,5km (~3miles) today after a 13 hour workday... Edi has been working with me as well so he is very sleepy now ๐ค
Also running in the night during summer is the best since it's not unbearably hot. Yay! And my parents place has a great AC
