I think that's the matter of slider or other item crushing... Can you check with other sim, or remove other items(accessory, change the preset, etc.) and check whether it keeps happen? I have heard some eyelash items conflicts.

hi! i've had this for a while, and the arm suddenly got stuck behind miras back and it wont go to her side again

Well, I haven't been reported the same problem yet. I think that's the matter of slider or other item crushing... Can you check with other sim, or remove other items(accessory, change the preset, etc.) and check whether it keeps happen? If so, I'll re-check the weight paint and vertex map again

I really love this! I don't know it I did something wrong but her arm goes out of control when I put this on. I'm not sure how to fix this glitch.
