🕑 Added 2021-07-12 14:30:03 +0000 UTCAt some point, the valley grows gloomy and grey. The dead, empty trees creak and moan in this mournful silence. The dessiccated corpse of a sparrow hangs in a net of web above your head. What's this you hear ? Chants ? In this desolated area ? Could it be these fabled silk merchants you heard about ? The patter of hundreds of tiny legs in the soft webs is unnerving. Nevertheless, you decide to investigate. Perhaps it will shine some light on the recent disappearances that plague the nearby villages...
This camp serves as HQ for a cult worshipping a giant spider it calls "The silken Queen". Theses Orcs are not their usual brutal selves though. They grew more cunning and deceitful. They had good teachers.
The bridge over the stream is rickety and may break any time. The maze of rafters above the main pit is only hold in place by spider webs now. And their host below may prove a hazard to even the most daring !
