Well, despite my expectations the winner of the OP Poll was a new story!
Here our the options! Because there are two MILF options, I'll make this one multiple choice!
Revelry - At the end of the series, Luffy declares to the Reverie that his son will be the next Pirate King! Problem is, he doesn't have one! As his declaration reaches the ears of certain women, it starts a scramble for Luffy's progeny!

Do we get to influence the choice of Oyakodon? For example I’d rather see Oliva and Robin or Scarlet and Rebecca first rather then Nami and Bellemere or Shirahoshi and Otohime.

Completely fair. That's why I usually stick to series Protags. But for OP, even writing Luffy is pushing OOC.

Fair! Should've specified. Male OC only. More 'Normalize' than 'Free Use' but people use those terms interchangeably. I've considered writing a 'Free Use for everyone' fic, but I'm not sure how many people are interested in those.

For The Normal Mugiwara is it that oc who does the act only or is it a freeuse world where zoro or sanji can do it with others

That one would be a bit weird, considering Big Mom is the Antagonist of her own arc but I'm not against the idea. I would prioritize the other, more appropriate MILFs first however. (I'm also assuming you mean young, hot Linlin, not Monster Hag Big Mom. Cause I'm definitely NOT writing the later lol)
