The woman would learn soon enough.
Overwhelmed, Makino nodded slightly, eyes dazed by Hancock’s beauty. Just like that, she abandoned her village. Her bar. To run off to sea with a band of pirates… to serve Luffy. At that moment, nothing in the world sounded more appealing to her.
Hancock smiled radiantly. She’d acquired a precious gift for her love. Both a friend and a reminder from the village that he loves. She was sure that he’d be delighted, and anxiously awaited the surprised look on his face as she revealed it to him.

Later that day - At Sea
A large cruise ship was halted along its voyage across the East Blue. The decks thundered with the sound of hurried footsteps as panic ran rampant across the ship. The huge luxury liner shook violently, rocking in the waves as cannon blasts exploded in the water around them. They were attacked by pirates.
It didn’t take long for the pirates to throw their hooks across to the other ship, leaping across the gap to board. They brandished sabres and pistols, taking over the civilian ship in a matter of minutes.
Soon enough they were carried loaded chests of rich jewelry and stuffed wallets, robbed from the high-class guests aboard. They all cackled and howled at the ease of the pirate raid. Men became rich with minimal effort.
Aboard the ship, watching the men work like a hawk was a woman. She planted her iron mace into the deck in front of her. Her appearance… too awful to describe.
She was grinning as she thumped her massive weapon into the deck. She howled, “Koby! Who is the most beautiful woman on the sea?”
The small pink-haired girl would’ve timidly rubbed her hands together, before stuttering out an answer, but something distracted her. Her eyes stretched wide, looking behind them. With a shaky hand, she, for the first time in her life, confidently answered, “H-Her..!”
Alvida turned with a growl… and blinked in surprise.
“Hmph. So this is the tiny fishing boat that crossed our path.” A woman, too beautiful to describe, stood upon the deck, clad in a thick black coat. Behind her, staring down from the railing of a huge pirate ship, were dozens of similarly dressed women. Strange-looking bows in their hands.
A green-haired woman leapt down from the ship above, kneeling beside her obvious leader. Like the tall woman she bowed before, she was breathtakingly beautiful. With striking green hair, and a silky smooth voice, “Onee-sama… it seems to be a pirate ship.”
Hancock queried with a raised, elegant brow, “Truthfully..?” Her eyes, sparkling like gemstones, trailed up the horrendous pink mast to look at its flag, she stared neutrally at the skull and crossbones, “So it’s true. Do all pirates sail in small boats in the East?” Her question was genuine, as she brought one of her slender fingers to her chin in thought. It was born out of curiosity for her lover’s home sea. However, to everyone else that heard it, it was a mocking insult.
Sandersonia glanced up at her, a small smile gracing her lips as her forked tongue flicked out of her lips, “No. This is a particularly small crew, if I understand. I’ve heard a band lead by Don Krieg has 5,000 members.” The ‘particularly small’ band was a group of notorious pirates led by the fearsome ‘Iron Mace’ Alvida. She was among the top Five in the East, with a crew of a hundred men.
Of course, to the two women, she was nothing but a minnow in a vast sea. Bottom of the food chain.
However Alvida didn’t know that, nor did she recognize the woman in front of her. She clutched her Iron Mace with a white-knuckle grip, and furiously stomped toward the two, “How dare you… Do you know who I am?!”
The two girls looked up, and froze. Mouths hanging open slightly in complete shock as they saw Alvida’s… omitted… appearance. Then Hancock’s face scrunched up in a horrid, vile expression, as if angry at this woman for daring to set foot in her path, “Know you !? Do you not know me ? I am Boa Hancock. Empress of Amazon Lily, and a member of the Shichibukai!”
Alvida froze in her step, that white-knuckled grip on her mace slackened and it fell to the floor with a loud crash.
Hancock’s brow twitched, a terrible expression contorting her beautiful features. She growled, and raised her hands.
“Oi~! Hancock~!” Hancock froze. Her expression shattered like glass. Then her heart thumped in her chest. Not in excitement, but nervousness. A cold sweat trailed down her cheek. She turned her head.
Monkey D. Luffy appeared, popping his head out from between two Kuja. Her crew brightened up to match his sunny smile and they all cheered, “Captain~!”
He leaned over the railing, searching the deck for her, a massive plate of stacked food in his hands. He met her eyes, and smiled brilliantly, “Look..! Makino made me lunch. It’s been a while since I had her cooking. It’s soo~ooo good! You should try some!” He said, his bright smile still not easing the nervousness in her heart.
Quickly, she needed to send a message to her Kuja, to prevent the damage before it was too late!
“I wanted you… to... “ Then it happened. Luffy looked just past Hancock on the deck, and met eyes with Alvida. His expression froze, and his bright sunny smile disappeared. He dropped his plate and that home cooked meal he was so happily eating clattered against the railing of the ship, before spilling over the edge. It fell into the sea, lost forever.
Alvida, who met his eyes, blushed .
Luffy recoiled, an unfamiliar expression on his face as he disappeared from the railing of the ship, moving back to the deck.
Hancock watched him go, a heartbroken shocked expression on her face. Her mouth opened and closed, shock overwhelming her. Then fury overtook her. She’d seen it. He’d let it show on his face, just for a second. A brief, but clear look of disgust as he looked at Alvida. It was an expression she never wanted to see on his handsome, charming features.
She turned to Alvida, her face the mask of a vengeful goddess. Then she barked orders, “Enishida! Marguerite! Go after Lufia, ensure that Makino makes him another meal no matter what! Stay with him until I arrive!”
“Yes, Hebihime~!” They shot after him.
She then kicked off the deck, flying toward Alvida before she could even blink. She flipped forward, planting her delicate hands on the hardwood of the deck, she kicked a long, slender leg, “Perfume femur!” She planted a sharp, heeled foot right into Alvida’s stomach. The kick was followed by the sound of a cannon blast as Alvida hurled off into the air. Flying so far and fast she vanished into the horizon.
Hancock gracefully flipped back to her feet watching the opposing pirate fly off. She raised her elegant fingers to her mouth and, frustrated, bit at her perfect fingernail, “Damn. Did I kick her too hard? She might even fly all the way back to land…”
She huffed and cast the thought away. Then she commanded, “ Kuja !” Her crew cried their response, seeing their Empress’s furious, vengeful expression, “Raid them! Kill the men! Steal their treasure! Sink their ship! Wipe this disgusting crew from this world!”
“Yes, Empress!” The Kuja all drew back at once, and blasted the ship with powerful, Haki-infused arrows.
The slaughter that followed was just as brutal as Alvida’s most terrible raids.
That was the wrath of Boa Hancock.

Shells Town

“Right away, Onee-sama.”
As Marigold commanded the gathered Kuja, Hancock immediately turned to Luffy. Bringing her soft hand to his arm, she squeezed it lovingly, “Did you hear that my love? We will be arriving at Shells Town soon. Where your ‘Pirate Huntress’ is supposedly held.”

“This way, Onee-sama.” Sandersonia and the Kuja had already procured a proper entrance. Breaking down the lock to the iron-barred gate, the Kuja swung the gate open wide. Hancock smiled at her gratefully, and the group of a dozen Kuja warriors followed after their Captain.
Luffy stood in front of a wooden cross. The ‘Pirate Huntress’ Roronoa Zora was tied to it.

His grin grew wider, as if he was happy just to hear her voice, “Shishishi… The Marines won’t kill me. I’m strong. Anyway, are you a good person?”
She blinked in surprise, her fearsome, deadly expression turning dry in bafflement. She snorted, “What? What kind of question is that?”
“Are you a good person? If you are then I’ll let you join my crew.” He laughed openly.
She stared at him blankly, “Crew? No thanks. I’m doing my own thing. Either way, I’m pretty sure the Marines tied me up here because I’m not a good person. You’ll have to find someone else.”
“Eh. The Marines are the bad guys though.” He suddenly said, waving off her protest, “So if they tied you up, doesn’t that make you a good person?”
“Bad guys..?” She muttered, her blank, neutral expression growing more incredulous by the minute. From her experience, he was somewhat right. The Marines stationed here certainly couldn’t be called good guys. Though the way he said it made her question, “What kind of crew are you forming?”
He grinned, “I’m Luffy! I’m a pirate. I’m going to be-”
Suddenly the black gate to the courtyard swung open, and a dozen women walked through. Zora watched with a shocked expression as twelve breathtaking beauties marched over to them. The tall, raven haired woman leading them was in a league of her own. Then the twelve women, all dressed in black cloaks with a snake-haired skull embroidered on the breast, stood behind the pirate man, lining up and standing at attention.
The tall, raven haired goddess stepped up beside him on his left, she slipped her right hand out of the fold of her cloak, clutching his arm and pulling close to him. A cherry red blush dusted her cheeks as she spoke softly, “Have you recruited her yet, my love?”
“Eh…” He scratched the back of his head, “I’m working on it. She’s being stubborn. Hey, Zora, what did you do to get captured anyway? If they tied you up here, you must not be very strong…”
Zora narrowed her eyes. Not at the insult, but at the warm fluttering in her chest. Feeling it facing the man, she’d assumed it was a mild attraction to the handsome man, now feeling it again toward the woman at his side… she suspected something else was going on. For the first time in a decade, a blush dusted her cheeks, but she didn’t let her expression change.
She growled, “I didn’t get captured. The Marines here wouldn’t stand a chance against me. But I pissed off the Captain’s bastard son. So, if I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life labeled as a criminal, I surrendered. Now I have to face thirty days of imprisonment here.”
“Eehh… That’s bullshit. Want me to go kick their asses?”
“Don’t.” She huffed, “This is nothing. I didn’t train my entire life just to stumble here. I’ll survive the next two weeks and move on. I won’t stop or die until I fulfill my ambition.”
Suddenly Luffy’s grin stretched across his face, eyes almost sparkling with joy. Zora coughed to cover up the feelings surging in her heart as saw that happy expression. Then he leaned in, a little too close, and asked, “Really? What ambition is that? You sound really determined!”
“The strongest.” She said, her voice strong and steady, “I’m going to be the World’s Strongest Swordsman… and fulfill a promise to a friend.”
“The strongest swordsman…” Zora watched him carefully, as if waiting for something. But her expression finally showed her shock as he happily said, “That sounds nice! I’m definitely having you on my crew! After all, the future Pirate King has to have the very best!”
Her mouth fell open as this young man casually said such a bold statement. To be the Pirate King was perhaps the most dangerous and lofty ambition one could have in this Pirate Era. Not only did you openly oppose the Marines, and the World Government, but other crews as well. To be the Pirate King, one was against the entire world.
And this man openly declared he’d do it? Seize the One Piece? Perhaps it was his bold fearlessness or maybe his strange charisma, but a part of Zora believed he would do it. Looking at the group of women standing proudly behind him, all wearing pleased smirks as they caught their Captain’s words. They were strong, she could tell.
“Oh?” Suddenly a high-pitched pompous voice grinded into her ears. She clicked her tongue and looked to the side, where the bastard son himself appeared, “Intruders? Don’t you know that breaking in here is punishable by death? Be glad that Daddy hasn’t noticed you yet.”
Luffy and his crew looked to the side and they all wore matching disgusted expressions. A young man walked toward them. Everything about him from his awful hairstyle to his tasteless suit was wrong. Just the sight of his arrogant expression and pompous voice made their noses wrinkle up in disgust.
Behind him marched two dozen Marines, all holding rifles at the ready.
“Yikes…” Luffy said at the sight of him, watching as the blonde had his eyes locked on Zora, not even sparing them a glance. Luffy frowned, “Hey, Zora… he hasn’t done anything to you, has he?”
“Him?” Zora rolled her eyes, “Other than come down to harass me every few hours? No. He doesn’t have the balls to do anything more than that, besides leer at my breasts.”
She shivered in disgust, “Ugh. I’m never dressing so lightly again. From now on I’m wearing only clothes that cover my body entirely, the heat be damned.”
Luffy blinked at her, his frown still marring his face, “No way.” He shook his head, “Don’t do that. I like your tits.”
She guffawed in surprise. He said it so innocently that it had taken her unexpectedly. If any other man had dared say something like that to her, they’d be cut down without hesitation. “Hey, Zora.” Luffy said again, placing a hand on his straw hat as he stared at the Marines, “You can be the World’s Greatest Swordsman as a pirate right? So join my crew! We’re heading to the Grand Line next, isn’t that exciting? A grand adventure on a dangerous, deadly sea.”
Zora was silent in deep consideration. Part of her was worried about the warm, unfamiliar feelings swirling around in her chest, but she pushed those aside. This man had faith in her ambition, and she felt a stronger connection to him than anyone she’d met in years.
She grinned, “Alright. I’ll join you on one condition.” Luffy grinned widely, his head tilting as he waited for her request, “My swords. The bastard son took away my three swords when I was captured. I’m not leaving without them.”
Luffy smiled like the sun and nodded, “Of course! A swordswoman has to have her swords right? I’ll get them back right away, wait here!” Then, he turned to rush off into the base.
...only to pause after a few steps. He turned around, and ran right back up to her. His bright smile caught her breath in her throat. Then he leaned in… and kissed her cheek, “Welcome to the crew, Zora!”
Her cheeks turned rosy as he rushed off, and her eyes went wide as the twelve Kuja rushed with him. Suddenly their hands slipped out of their cloaks bearing strange spotted bows. They drew back arrows and unleashed them at the two dozen Marines standing in their path. Her jaw dropped as she saw those arrows explode into the enemy, leaving huge craters in the ground and wall they struck. The two dozen men were annihilated.
Her mind was racing at the unexpected strength displayed by the women, but she noticed one had stayed behind. The raven-haired woman from before stood in front of her, a calm, calculating gaze in her eye. Her lips twitched upward and she spoke, “I am Boa Hancock, Empress of Amazon Lily, and Luffy’s lover…”
Zora shifted her weight in her bindings, trying her best not to let the strong gaze of Hancock intimidate her.
Luffy happily grinned, humming a terrible tune as he walked down the halls of the Perfume Yuda. He looked down and his grin stretched wider, a soft, gentle look in his eyes.
Curled up in his arms, carried like a princess, was Roronoa Zora. She was resting her head against his shoulder, arms tightly hugging her bundled swords to her huge breasts. Her face was gentle and relaxed, eyes closed as her breath came out softly in a steady rhythm.

He stopped in front of a wide, huge set of double doors. He felt a soft hand grasp his shoulder, and turned to see the smiling face of Hancock. She leaned up and kissed his lips, whispering in her ear, “I’ll be waiting in our room, honey~”
