It was a calm day sailing on the Thousand Sunny. It was only two days ago they set out from Cocoyashi. Luffy had settled some remaining business in the East Blue and they were eager to get back to the sea.
For now, they were heading in the direction of the Grand Line, lounging about the ship without care.
"Here, Luffy say aahh~!"
Luffy opened his mouth as he was fed a grape. He delightfully munched down on it and immediately opened his mouth for another.
"Seriously, Nojiko, do you really have to feed him?" Nami said, exasperated. She was currently leaning against a sturdy desk. "No!" A sharp voice took their attention from outside, "You really think that's good enough for the Grand Line?! For the New World?! Begin again, and focus this time!"
Luffy smiled, "Looks like Hancock really took her job seriously..."
Nami smiled weakly, "Yeah... Thank god I'm in here..."
Luffy ran his eyes over her form hungrily, "I don't know... I think a few lessons with Hancock-Sensei~ could do wonders for you..."

He kicked open the door and stepped onto the deck.
As the eight women on deck turned to face him, he couldn't keep the grin off his face.
"Luffy~!" Hancock smiled radiantly, "Did you eat well?"

And he quickly found that with one 'sweetie' or 'dear' Hancock would do whatever he said, without a moment's thought. So he would follow Robin's advice until Hancock got more used to it.
He licked his lips and approached Rindo first, the calmest of the Kuja, "How many rounds?"
She plucked the cigarette out of her mouth and swiftly extinguished it and stored it away, "Three, Captain."
He grinned, "Very good." A moment later, she was swept up in a fierce kiss. He ruthlessly plundered her mouth with his own, kissing her long and hard until her head started to spin. Only when her cheeks were flushed, and her breathing was finally heavy did he let her go.

Such was the name of their 'Training' Hancock thoroughly instructed them on how their fighting styles were lacking, how to improve, and most importantly, on their Haki. With lessons from the Empress herself, the crew was growing swiftly.
They used these refined skills in a several-round competition. The goal was simple. Land three solid hits on any other Kuja. If one was hit three times, they would lose their top. If hit three more times, they would lose their bottoms. The last one fully clothed wins.

"Huh?"
He grinned widely, "The next round will be a bonus round!" He declared suddenly, "The six of you missing clothing, are on one team. Ran and Rindo on the other. For you six, if one of you brings me Ran and Rindo's Bikini tops, you'll be rewarded... as for Ran or Rindo, if you survive ten minutes, you win!"
Ran and Rindo's eyes went wide as suddenly the other six girls stared them down like a pack of hungry animals.

"Hm. I see them." He said as his hand plucked the bikini top from the ground. He tied it back to Nojiko, and patted her bottom. She sulked but climbed off him. Their little moment was spoiled.
He turned to Robin, "I recognize them. It's just a Vice-Admiral. Take us to them."
Robin cocked a brow, but accepted with a simple, "Of course, Captain." A moment later she was climbing the steps and the ship was turning to face them.
"You want to fight them?" Boa Hancock asked, confused. She understood Luffy's love for fighting... but just a Vice Admiral? Surely it would not even be enjoyable to him...
"Shishishi..." Luffy's smile was mischievous, "Nope! You ladies are! I haven't seen you in action yet, so I'm excited!"
The girls all traded glances but seeing Luffy's shining smile, they all had a burning fighting spirit. They would not let him down, no matter what!

"So...So many ships!" Nojiko cried out in terror.
Of course with a Vice Admiral, the fleet was no joke. A normal Vice Admiral could easily requisition at least a dozen battleships when they mobilized... but this one was special.
"There must be at least fifty!"
"Forty two..." Hancock muttered, "I don't see the flagship! Those boastful Marine Captains always have their name on their sails, where is it?!"
"Not this time, shishishi..." Luffy grinned, sitting on the railing of the Sunny. He could clearly tell which one was the flagship, but the others would have to work a little harder.
"What's going on out here?!" Nami came out hearing the Kuja swiftly prepare their weapons for battle, when she peered off the deck, she blanched, "A blockade?! Wait no, they're spreading out... is this?!"
"Yep!" Luffy said with a laugh, "It's been a while since we've had to face this."
Nami sent him a look, "I should've known something was up when I felt us change course, why are we sailing into the trap?"
"Cause it'll be more fun!"
Nami sighed, but couldn't help showing a smile. It was certainly the Luffy choice, "Alright. I won't complain. But I'm not helping either!" So she said, but as she stepped up beside him, he saw a finger inch toward her Clima Tact holster, and her eyes flicker up to the sky. He could tell she was already forming a plan to take care of them herself.
He grinned and faced the ships, "Onward!"

He couldn't help but grin as he leaped aboard Marine's Flagship. The battle had been over quickly.
As they sailed straight for the flagship, the battleships perfectly completed an encirclement on them. They were trapped within a ring of ships, yet when the cannon shots started, only eight ships fired.
Robin was to thank for that, with her Devil-Fruit, eyes formed on thirty-six masts and thousands of hands sprouted out of everywhere. In a flash, guns were ripped from Marines hands, Cannons were lifted from the ground, and every weapon aboard was tossed into the ocean! That was the frightening power of the Hana Hana no Mi!

In no less than ten minutes, seven ships were sinking, and the Thousand Sunny hadn't been scratched!
"Man... maybe I made it too easy on them? Should we have let the trap work, after all?" Luffy muttered as he touched the deck of the Marine's Flagship. The deck was hardly held together, torn apart like swiss cheese. It looked as if it could collapse at any second.
"Captain!" Marguerite greeted him with a bow, her black coat covering her form, "We have detained all the Marines on board."
He grinned, "Good. Bring me the Vice-Admiral and the Captain aboard this ship."
Marguerite looked up in surprise. He'd known there was a Captain here too? Truly she had a lot to learn about Observation Haki...
Not a minute later two people were bound tightly, and forced to kneel at his feet.
The eldest of the two, shot a dark glare, "Straw Hat!"
He grinned widely, "Hi Hina, it's been a while!"
It was indeed Black Cage Hina on the ground before him. She glared at him with anger, but there was no real hostility between them. His relationship with the Marines at this point... was more of a game than anything. They knew he was no real criminal, even with the infamous history he had, but as a Pirate they still had to pursue him. So there was a bit of a silent 'truce'. They wouldn't go out of their way to hunt him down, and he wouldn't kill any Marines when he escaped. Fair, right?
But since it was Hina herself in front of him, he couldn't help but want to mess with her.
"Hmm..." He leaned down closer to her face.
"W-What?" She leaned back uncomfortably.
"As I thought... Hina was actually very pretty..." He muttered to himself, in an awed tone.
Her cheeks turned slightly red at the unexpected compliment, "What?!"
"Don't you mock us!" The second one, however, was a different story.
"Ah, Tashigi you're here too? I guess you can't be with Smokey anymore since he became an Admiral. The Marines must be truly cruel to separate you from your beloved Smokey..."
"Huh?!" She flustered, "It's not like that at all! I-I volunteered for this position! Why would I care about that brute?!" Despite her flustered stuttering, she spoke truthfully.
He grinned widely, his face lighting up, "Then the cute Tashigi is single as well?! There's still hope for me yet!"
Tashigi's were wide, her mouth hanging open as she couldn't form words. Was... Was Monkey D Luffy flirting with them?!
"You two must like me a lot to come running as soon as you see my flag! Well now that I'm here, what are you going to do?"
"Ha!" Hina laughed, "It seems you developed a sense of humor in the last three years... If you're quite done, release Hina and be on your way! Hina knows we cannot pursue you until Hina's men have recovered..."
"Not so fast!" He exclaimed, "There's a proper order to things... You guys chase me. I beat you, tie you up, and give you a good scolding. Then I steal something from you and be on my way, while you vow to forever hunt me down and try again in a few weeks. If we just skip right to the end, it ruins the fun!"
The two women before him watched him with disbelief. Disbelief that the man in front of them was the real, genuine Pirate King.
"Hmm..." He raised a finger to his chin as he thought to himself, "What should I steal that would make these two Marine Beauties have a reason to hunt me down..."
"Forget it," Hina huffed, "There's nothing of value on this ship. We expected this to happen so we brought nothing but ammunition. There's not even food aboard, much less money."
"Hmm?" He made a show of looking around the deck, and then inspecting them.
He truly hadn't realized it, as he hadn't interacted with these two much in the past, but both were genuine beauties. Comparable to even his own crew.
