The stranger spends a few months parading the MC around under their control in different roles: their girlfriend at a family gathering, a trophy wife at an important business meeting, a pet-slave at an underground sex club, etc. Finally the MC wakes up one morning with surprising clarity, shocked to find they have a huge belly and thicker body that entirely implies they're pregnant. They go to take off the suit but find that there's no evidence of any seam anymore. The first kick in their belly suffuses them with warmth.
