First time it loaded up fine but every time since this scene has also caused Vam to crash (GTX 2070 super).

Maybe I need a better GPU (I run with a GTX 1650 SUPER), but this scene makes my game crash. I haven't been able to view it. Any tips or breadcrumbs for troubleshooting?
