Disagree, she is clearly flustered and her statement "I'm being confessed to by one of my students!" suggests she is aware of the scandalous nature of the situation.

Totally Samurai Flemenco vibes. Because the chick is a vicous warrior of justice also. At least her special move is not tasers and Bell ball kicks where each nut shot rings like a bell. I do not think the teacher is even aware of the questionable nature of her actions. Basically she is still a child at heart so does not see males in a romantic sense. So the student is just talking wall paper to her. I do hope Tackle and Rider get together later as a team of heroes.
