I think you missed the key moment of personal growth for Bakugo. I think that's why they used it to end the episode instead of using another cliffhanger. Bakugo's name is Bakugo Katsuki. But he ends the episode calling himself Bakugo Kacchan. The nickname that Izuku gave him that he seemingly hated. It's a good indicator he's finally getting over his inferiority complex. I'm sure what he interpreted as Allmight acknowledging him helped. And the last line he gave while crashing through the buildings indicated that he was finally feeling like he might be able to catch up and keep up with Izuku. There was a ton of other symbolism in this episode, and honestly I enjoyed all of it. But the one that stood out to me the most is that Izuku and Katsuki are mirrors of each other. Izuku's power causes him pain, whereas Katsuki's Pain gives him power. Recall a season or 2 ago that Katsuki was so jealous of Izuku because he saw Izuku being "chosen" and "handed" power whereas he had to work for his. It took him ages to realize the pain and burden that the power was costing Izuku. But that realization didn't help him with his anxiety over falling behind. The really interesting bit is how Katsuki's mere presence is getting under all for one's skin, and Katsuki has no idea he's doing it. Hell, he's triggering All for one's PTSD; that's huge. All for one's biggest complex is his misplaced anger towards heroes. He loved his brother, in his own way; toxically possessive. And when his brother needed help and he couldn't be the one to help him, the right person reached out (Kudo) a hand to help. And now he's full rage mode against Kudo, and Katsuki is going to get pissed that All for one isn't focusing on him. But jokes on us, because it looks like they're going to cock block us with a damn flashback episode... I'd be upset more if this episode hadn't been so good...
