Pre thanksgiving fitness test
🕑 Added 2022-11-24 15:48:32 +0000 UTCI wanted to get a baseline of just how terrible my fitness has gotten. I couldn’t jog for more than 15 seconds. Which is longer than someone with my body fat should be able to, dormer college athlete. I will never attempt another run in my life. Truly. That was my last try!
