Life
I've recently gotten a major issue with sleep apnea taken care of. Turns out, not breathing every 30 seconds is pretty bad. I'm feeling much more rested and able to work on task. I'm planning on translating this new found energy into more regular art and updates for CC.
Chitinous Carnival
A new update for CC is out (tho, I did miss my planned "end of April" release :/). This update brings a new scene that you can see after infesting your friend at the fun house. Furthermore, I've started adding support for tracking what parasites your friend is carrying. This is basically the last core system to CC before I can freely focus on writing, art, and adding mini-games.
Oh also the Android build is back. However, since I've upgraded from Godot 3 to Godot 4 it might not run on older Android phones. Tho, it should cover 85% of all devices according to Google.
Next update is going to add some new locations, a fixed debug tool, and a new parasite. A friend of mine (Xan) has offered to help with this update. I don't have an ETA for the update. But, I'll keep you all posted.
Test subject tier supports can find their builds attached below. Research tier supports you builds will be in a separate post.
Art
I've been working on commissions to help cover my health insurance and student loans. However, I'm also working on some personal ideas. I've got an animation in the works, but I don't want to give away to many details until it's further along. I'm hoping to get back into do art more regularly.
