🕑 Added 2025-03-16 05:24:19 +0000 UTCI had sooo many thoughts with this episode - so many. so I won't get into it here. but it was very interesting to see Richard's dynamic now that he's retired and watch the way that always butts in with an opinion, mostly when it isn't wanted and then the way he reacted when lorelai spoke up on how she was feeling about it felt so unfair. don't even get me started on him over stepping with the car! 😭

Despite everything (and Richard was definitely overstepping), I always feel a little sorry for him when he lies to Emily about having had dinner and a good day.
