🕑 Added 2025-01-13 01:33:31 +0000 UTCI was shocked at Richard's behavior but I absolutely loved the talk that Lorelei had with Rory afterwards to help her (and me, let's be real) have a different perspective on it. Even thought it by no means makes that treatment okay, I think it helped calm Rory a bit. This was one of the first times I really felt for Emily as well there at the end. I'm slightly worried about how that conversation is going to go 🤣🩶

Why do we never see Lane's dad, she talks about "my parents" but we never see him??

It's sweet to watch with you. :) I think that scene, where the townfolk follow and watch, is intended for comedic effect, as it shows that everyone cares about Lorelai and Luke interacting.
