I'm so happy that Rory also took accountability because the infantilizing of her in this episode was getting out of hand. Also, that last scene 🥹

Yes it was very touching to see the bond of Lorilie and Richard working together and it meant a lot to him, you could tell.

Actually, Carole King wrote this song and many other #1 songs, starting back when she was barely 18! She's such an incredible singer/songwriter who has had many other artists record her music as well. The original recording of this song was by Barbra Streisand! For the Gilmore Girls theme song, Carole actually recorded it with her oldest daughter, Louise Goffin!
