I'm not sure either, although, some of the looks and glances he's shooting Alec make me think he's into him, which I understand but your right, Alec was very much just thinking and talking about Magnus, gotta love it 🤣

I agree! now that he didn't swoop in, I'm fine with a friendship and someone he can talk to that isn't involved with all of his close friends and family, but I was scared there for a minute lol 🤣

I'm still not sure whether Underhill just admires Alec or if there's genuine attraction. But I'm so glad he didn't take advantage of Alec being drunk. Although... Alec was talking about Magnus the whole time so that would be a total turn-off :D

Haha I know the whole setup with Alec and Underhill seemed uneasy due to the fact that Alec and Magnus were fighting but i genuinely think Underhill is someone who can give good advice to Alec. Outside of Magnus and his siblings Alec doesn’t really appear to have any close friends, let alone other gay shadowhunter friends who can understand him. I believe Underhill is in his 30s also so he’s a little older and more experienced, I think him and Alec could relate with each other
