Or give out different amounts of tickets to the raffle based on the tier people are in. Say tier 1 gets 1 ticket, tier 2 gets 2

Ah i see, well that is kinda understandable. It whould totally spice the things up because every of your Patreons had the chance to win the raffle. But then you maybe need to make a raffle for every tier itself so that everything stays fair.
It's the commission raffle. If I'm understanding things right, it's either all teirs are included in the raffle, or no raffle. I'm waiting for an email from them to clarify.

So what do they want you to do? You give already more than some other Patreon users that had their tiers running for YEARS with less rewards than you. Sometimes i really dont understand some people...
