Interesting theory, the idea had crossed my mind as well. Only problem is that Miscilla didn't get pregnant on the Heretic route and as far as we know was tortured to death when they found out she brought that book to MC.

Finished my first play through an hour ago, and I’m still begging to be right about my theory that it’s one of M’s descendants. In all of the routes we don’t know what happened to the child after M gives birth but maybe this body is one that derives from her. I can’t see the sisterhood keeping the baby and killing M, nor could I see them killing the baby and M. So maybe just maybe I’m right, or I am absolutely in the wrong direction

The way I found this hidden gem, played it at work on the clock and then immediately saw you had a Patreon and immediately become a member. I love the storyline and honestly I haven’t been this excited for anything vampire since like 2014 Wattpad stories. lol
