New save system (you can save anywhere),

Use a built-in walkthrough under the inventory button, it's simplified. External walkthrough is an addition. You can raise charisma in the pause menu. Let me know if you find anything else.
So, I downloaded the game and really can't get started well. Tried to follow the walkthrough but it is confusing as it breaks things down by locations, as opposed to the order in which to do things. My problem right now is increasing Charisma, the walkthrough says I need to get it to 5 but I can not find any way to increase it. I am still at 1 Charisma after many game days playing and can find no way to increase the stat? What am I missing?
