GAME UPDATE: IT'S FINISHED!!!
🕑 Added 2024-11-22 11:00:06 +0000 UTCWell, guys... it took LONG enough but i can finally say it: The script for Chloe Giantess Chaos is done, but let me go in the details:
The script for the game has been completed by wirting the last remaining route, the Frankie's cameo one.
The route came out way longer than i thought in terms of wiriting and i'm very very proud of it! In terms of maps it doesn't offer much variety but i think i managed to make the most of it with the concept i had in mind! Remember, this game is about CHLOE, so she's the one you'll get to explore... hehe.
What now? The day that i'm writing this i only need to do one thing before releasing the game: doing a big check to see if everything works fine and if i made any typos (very likely).
But let's have some fun! Since this will be the last big update for a while, let's see what i can tell you:
-The game has roughly twice the lines of the Emily size game. If the Emily game was around 1300 lines (also counting the finals thanks and stuff), this one is around 2200 and i still need to write the thanks, so you'll enjoy some fleshed out descritions
-There are 46 maps, meaning the drawings used as background/main pics, also counting the few "cutscenes" if we want to call them that. Out of these 46 files, 28 are animated, being either a "route introduction" or an animated map
-Chloe has all the sprites that Emily had in her game + a few new ones. Frankie only has very few sprites. The sound effect for Chloe's voice has been personally recorded using a voice actress and just for flavor i also casted someone who had a similar appearance (but for privacy reason i really can't prove this one so only believe me if you feel like it).
A bit of a disclaimer: The game has been in production for a whole year, not because it's so huge, but becuase this kind of stuff takes a lot of time, i'm alone doing the drawings, writing, music and coding and i also do many other things, both that you know of on this account and other private projects, so i worked on it every time i could and still took much. In a whole year my style has evolved and even the way i animted the maps did, meaning the most recent parts may look slightly better then the older ones. Redrawing everything would take forever and would honestly be pointless because in that time my style would surely change again, so just know that some early maps are slightly more simple than the latest ones. Anyway, if you liked the Emily game, every map in this one is already much much better than those ones.
With all of this said i think it's everything, i'm very excited to finally release this project and i hope you have fun with it! As lways thanks so much for the support, you're giving me the chance to do al of this.
The release date will very likely be in December and expect a little "trailer" soon.
