[Early Release] Under The Table With Me: Eating Lunch & Watching Feet - a No-Talking #asmr Experience š“š¦¶#feet
🕑 Added 2023-04-20 20:17:58 +0000 UTCIn this video I sit down for some lunch. I let you sit underneath the table to watch my pale feet, as I take them out of black socks and let you enjoy each and every inch of my soles and toes. I do this all while I eat a vegan meal.

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

Why Bare Feet?
Bare feet represent freedom and expression. The feeling of being barefoot relaxes the entire body and is a powerful way to connect to the earth and with others. It equalizes us and is a way to feel comfortable in our own skin and with each other.
