🕑 Added 2025-03-09 17:12:02 +0000 UTCレイカさんのアニメ企画が前倒しになりそうな気配で、また彼女の一枚絵を大量に作る日々が始まりそうです。
僕は一枚絵の作業時間を…というかスケジュール自体を甘く考えてるフシがあるので、これは計画的にやっていかないと大変なことになりそうだ。
先月はご支援頂きありがとうございました。
君は輝く月花のようにを描いていると、レイカさんの何をやってもメイドのご奉仕だと言い張る強引さは有り難かったんだなと感じます。
これがキャラの強さという事なのか。
またレイカさんの話を描きたいですね。
レイカシリーズは冷静に考えるといわゆるメイドモノでは全く無くて、あくまで「自分はメイドだと言い張る変なスケベ女に振り回される話」でしか無かったりします。
怜治くんも全くご主人様らしくないし、本人もそうありたいと思っていません。
なので常にレイカさんありき。
開幕1ページ目から主人公の股間を踏みつけていた彼女は、僕にしては上手く生み出したキャラだったなと思います。
一方「君は輝く月花のように」は、そんな変な女に憧れと嫉妬を抱いている普通の女子が「レイカさんのような人」になっていく話なわけです。
これも、冷静に考えると「メイドになっていく」話じゃございませんので、メイドモノじゃない。
カテゴライズというのは手段に過ぎないように思いますが、カテゴリーがそのままテーマだったりするので意外と重要。
そういう意味で本作は話の作り方が結構難しいです。
「メイドとは」
「ご奉仕のあり方とは」
という切り口はほぼ役に立ちません。
結局輝夜ちゃんありきなのですが、彼女は浮ついていて迷える女子なので、いまだにはっきり筋が通らないのが辛いところですね。
僕自身まだ彼女の内面については手探り状態だし。
次回3話目でようやく彼女も自分の迷走感に気がついて、進む道をはっきり見るようになる…と、思います。
そういえば、先日コミケの申し込みが始まったのですが、今年の夏コミから「てろめあな」はオリジナルジャンルで登録することにしました。
まぁ、今までも「アイドルマスタージャンル」で登録していたわけでは無いですが。
現状、僕はコミケに年間3ヶ月近くの作業時間を費やしているのですが、
これだけの期間を費やして二次創作を作っていると、あっという間に1年が終わるんですよ。
いつまで経ってもオリジナル作品が作れない。
新田美波の同人誌に興味が無くなったということはないけど、良い加減オリジナルを増やしたいなと。
それに、これは僕の作品作りの意思とは無関係な話ですが、昨今のAIの台頭で二次創作物の立ち位置は今後厳しくなりそうな予感がするんですよね。
この前某イベントで、
「AI絵でアイドルマスターシンデレラガールズのファンアートを作る方法」
みたいな内容の同人誌を描いて本家から突っぱねられたパーがいましたが、
この出来事で無視できないのは、
「やってる本人たちは何が問題なのか肌感覚で理解できない種類の人たちだ」ということ。
AI絵が餌にしてるのはオリジナルの素材そのものだ、ということを理解していない。
あるいは理解しているがそれが何を意味しているのかまで考えてない人が、
「原理的にオリジナルとそっくりな作品」を「二次創作」として「無尽蔵に」世に出せる時代になっているということです。
そろそろ「二次創作は黙認」という猶予期間も終わりに近づいてるのかもしれない。
特にエロは厳しそうだ。

I feel that I would like to draw a new Reika story again someday.
The Reika series is not a genre of maids, if you think about it.
That work is a story about a main character who is pushed around by a crazy woman.
Reiji does not look like a master who hires maids, nor does he want to be one.
In other words, the development of the story always depends on Reika's mood.
Reika, who was stomping on the protagonist from the moment she appeared, was well done for a character I created.
This Kaguya story, too, is not essentially about maids.
While there was no problem in the previous work because Reika believed herself to be a maid, Kaguya, the heroine of this work, is unable to believe in herself.
It is hard to properly guide a character like her who is lost in her mind.
But she too will find her raison d'etre in the next story.
Then she may be able to get a little closer to her mother.
On a different note, the other day, the application process for the Comic Market started, and I decided to change my genre of registration this time.
I invest nearly three months of my time every year in Comiket.
If I spend such a long period of time creating secondary works, the whole year is over just for that.
This means that I will never be able to produce original work.
I have not lost interest in Minami's books, but it has been a long time since I became a manga artist.
It's time for me to make my own choices.
