Hi all,
Progress is pretty steady. My visually edited estimation may be slightly off. I had to waste a day trying to get a footage assistant again - I'm gonna keep trying to for now.
It's hard to explicitly quantify how much is done vs. not done when this is the most chaotic project. I'm bouncing between various visual sections every single day based on my needs. So, tallying them up is a little bit annoying and not easy.
I slowed down slightly this week due to some frustration with primarily-visual sections on the hardest parts, but we're back on the grind with this work day doing some easier stuff. I am gonna try, from now on, to just get the scripting and voice done and then move on purely to visuals after.
I have calculated that if I script/narrate 80 seconds a day, I should try to do 60 seconds of visuals a day, but it's on pace if I fall slightly short of that (within the 50-60 range). I tended to get 50-55 done each day last week, I am hoping that I can just do scripting for now, catch up, and get back to 60 every day for visuals.
Also, I am no longer compromising on my personal health for projects. Not since the last one. So, I'm ok with spending a day here or there resting.

i decided not to because I decided that I was going to make sure everything else i possibly could fit in got the spotlight. i am still deciding whether to cut a full explanation of all the areas in the game, and i would say that i'm trying to get rid of superfluous content that could be outdated in a few years in favor of the mainline content, if that makes sense. also, the intro is going to be a bit longer this time around. for this reason, the story is going to also be relegated to maybe one joke maximum. this being said, i am going to try hard spend the extra time and effort to make the video have a section on the areas. this is because it would be a highly convenient location to throw together a lot of clips.

100% think you should reference the game stability issues. (The game looks like a rainbow and a cosmic deity had a baby and bulldozed it all over my screen 😭😭)
