113 - The 4th Sketch of the Month (June) - โจ๐
🕑 Added 2023-06-30 06:16:32 +0000 UTCThis round was tough in case of choosing which character should win this month for the random sketchy chance.
Tbh, after the Spiderverse2 movie hype, I thought you guys would go for some spidey peeps, but most of you still wanted symbiotes.. Not that I'm complaining. B]
Tier 2 and Tier 3 patrons have voted and these are the results:
- 3 characters got 2 votes: Scream, Elsie Bray and a random female Titanfall2 Pilot.
- At the begining of the voting phase, Mary Jane Carnage was taking the lead, then in the end she got to be at the 2nd place with 3 votes.
- The 1rst place was conquered by a familiar character, FemVenom earning 5 votes from the sinners! โจ๐
If time wouldn't matter and I've had all of it, I'd have sketched all the characters, tbh. But sadly that's not how things go in real life. :/
โจ - So I've made one Artist pick this time and my choice landed on Scream.
I thought I'd make a sketch of her, cuz I know some people wanted me to do so, and also I have someone on my waiting list that wanna commission me to draw her. Therefore, I wanted to see how she'd look like in my style first, before I work on that task. Practise her, before the more serious work.
๐ - For FemVenom, I've chosen my usual way of drawing her, so I drew my Meg... in a kinky way. B] Sorry if it's not a clear pic showing her off in all her glory, but hopefully her portrayed activity is still appreciated in a way.. heh. P;
To be honest, these sketc- - well.. I don't think these pics can be categorised as sketches anymore.. xd Especially the winner piece. B]
Okay, going back what I wanted to say originally: These drawings are actually pretty new! Scream was drawn yesterday, and FemVenom was done less than a hour ago! The reason for this is that I was working on something else during this month, but encountered with some difficulties with the project. And my enemy there is called "perspective"... I tried to make some background furnituring in the picture, but then got too confused. I used blender and tried to re-create the room, but even that did not help me much, cuz I can't make the camera's lense to stretch out the things it looks at.. So in conclusion: I realised I'd not finish that drawing this month, so I had to start these symbiote ladies fast. Luckily, I already had ideas what to draw with them.
Since it's the last day of this month, I won't be able to present these drawings in their own posts with all their alts, wip gifs and stories. I apologise for that, but that's gonna be for next month.. ๐
In exchange for this incident, I uploaded bigger versions of these drawings than the ones I plan to publish later (.. I also kinda like em smaller, but the resolution of my screen is not that big so.. guess patrons who have bigger resolution appreciate these more).
I really enjoyed drawing these, guess cuz symbiotes are really my kind of thing to work on. ๐
Also I got carried away and that's why they ain't like a simple sketch... especially the lewd one. Which is also refreshing to do again, not gonna lie. It was challenging, but definitely worth it. :]
Furthermore, I had troubles what background to select to Scream, not sure this's gonna be the final piece for her in the end. That goes for the FemVenom piece too, I might find stuff I wanna fix on that pic later.
But enough talking,
THANK YOU FOR CHOSING THESE CHARACTERS! I was happy to go back to my Meg aka FemVenom again. :3c Glad to see her winning aswell. ๐ :'>
Hope you guys like the results too!
Have a good one! ๐ฉ
