I can't describe how helpful your videos are, they are amazing!
From what I've seen, the main problem is that FPTP benefits whatever government is currently in power, and they are the ones who would have to change the system...which goes against their selfish interest, and is therefore unlikely to happen. In Canada it happens all the time...smaller parties talk about electoral reform all the time, and then as soon as they become government or official opposition, they drop that part of their platform.
Right, that's what I was looking for, time to start the revolution. I'll bring the AK-47s if someone else is willing to bring over a tank. In all seriousness, it absolutely reeks that we're stuck with a crappy First Past the Post system when we have better solutions all worked out and available, all because people don't care enough to change it or consider our government structure to be as sacred as God. Video's awesome, GG. Like the new icons, too!
