I understand the weight Ry is feeling, with wanting to honor the feelings of those he loves and who have been hurt in this whole situation, but we can do both. Honoring the feelings of our loved ones doesn’t require one specific action or outcome from us. It’s ok to lead with your heart on this Ry, and to let in all the love and support that’s being offered, in equal measure to any concerns or conflicts. But honoring their feelings does mean acknowledging their perspectives, accepting them, and offering reassurances of your love and support in return. I know this is a crappy prescription but in this instance, they’re all saying it’s enough. So go on, little bird. Take the risk you still have room for 💗
