Long-time viewer, first-time commenter, but that bit in the middle of the video ahere you talk about how the “alpha male” mindset is a literal prison of anti-human misery is SO accurate and SO real. Legit, when I came out as bi (and later, a trans woman), I *immediately* felt like I’d just escaped a steel cage I was trapped in *right before* it sunk fully into the ocean and killed me. I feel more secure in my masculinity as a bi trans woman than as a straight cis dude, and even *now*, I have to *force* myself to look at Girl Products when I go to the drugstore to get that stuff, because the wretched garbage brainworms of Things Mans No Does have burrowed so fucking deep in my head that my brain still instinctively rejects looking at Girl Stuff even though I’m a goddamn girl! And my cishet masc prison cell was relatively well-furnished compared to the stark hate machines most guys I know are trapped inside! 😩 Anyway, this might come off like trauma dumping, for which I apologize, but you’re SO right!
