Warlord tier is just the early access for one mod that's already completed or crowdfunding for one mod. By one mod, I mean just the one head + one hairstyle, no outfit.

Hello. I have a question about the warlord tier. Does this tier include a guarantee of one mod by request? Or is it more like requests are polled between the people of this tier? And by mod, does that mean a character, or outfit, or hairstyle? Or does it include all three of those? Thanks
