Perhaps a tickle workout of sorts. Like the video could start with Laney taking Kiara through an ab workout to strengthen her tummy muscles. So she could have Kiara doing some sit ups and crunches, but then the next part of the workout is tummy tickling, the best a workout of all! Laney could tickle Kiara’s tummy whilst she does sit ups and when she gives up because it’s too ticklish Laney just tickles her tummy. Halfway through Laney asks Kiara if she can help her get a stronger tummy too, so they swap and Kiara gives Laney a tummy tickle workout. Please include some tummy raspberries!!!!!
