For the first set, I intended to include the Sparkling Blue bikini and the more recently released Radiant Red bikini. Imo, these two bikinis have amazing designs and their colour schemes are top notch, that's why I would like to include both in the same set. There were a few characters with these outfits, and ultimately Amy and Nanami were chosen.
Amy and Nanami will be placed in the DOA pool scene with a few poses applied to them, since showcasing the bikinis is one of the two ideas in this set. The other idea, well as usual, will be simply showcasing the characters' bodies if you know what I mean ;)
The second set features Mila in the will-o-wisp bikini. I haven't done a set for Mila in a while, and I haven't done any set with this bikini, so I thought to myself why not. It turned out pretty good, as I think Mila fits this bikini quite well, having a curvy enough body shape to carry this bikini while also giving us a mature lady vibe.
Comparing to the Amy & Nanami set, there will be more work required for the Mila model, in particular the shading. I will need to fine tune the shader settings so that the skin looks better when rendered, right now the skin basically does not have any reflection or glossiness.
On top of that, a new scene will be used in this set. This is a new DOA room scene that I downloaded a while ago but never found the right set to use it in, but I believe this is the one. The tropical indoor style of this location matches the vibe I am going for and I think it also fits Mila quite nicely.
Similar to the character model, I will also need to work on the shadings of the objects in the scene. The different objects have different textures, some glossier than others. Since the default xps shader cannot reflect this, I need to change the nodes for the object shadings and adjust some of the parameters, such as the shadings for float rings and blender metallic parts etc. Other than that, the scene model looks absolutely great and I can't wait to see how it will look when rendered.
