Pregnancy In TFND?

I'm asking to get an idea of how open you guys would be to the idea in case I wanted to do this in the far future. I know the ratio of people into feederism and people into preg is close to 1:1 but I'm curious to see.
Keep in mind if a character got pregnant it would open the door for fetish stuff but also have realistic consequences. The baby doesn’t just go away after the belly does. It would have to become part of the character's arc. Whether that's for Mary or other side characters.
