UBCon, second edit
🕑 Added 2023-05-03 20:07:35 +0000 UTCThis is nearly 7 minutes of my second draft of the UBCon shoot. I have someone who's cleaning up the audio, so for now I added some graphics and captions. I'm not done with the entire segment yet, but I wanted to see if those of you who are aggressively against the segment think this approves it.

The subtitles are crucial since you only have the camera sound. I am rooting hard for this to make the final cut because I was there and I want to do the Leo pointing meme

Omg YES this is exactly the direction I thought this was going and I am SO. HERE. FOR IT!! I can't wait for this opus to be released so I can watch everything all together. I especially liked he cut away to the footage of the guy as a cop. Definitely helped me contextualize him more since the paper photos are harder to see with the hand held camera.

The music is a bit overbearing in a couple bits, but otherwise this is an excellent improvement!
The subtitles are a wonderful edition and already enhance my viewing experience. I can turn the volume down enough that my previous issue with the heavy breathing is practically gone. Looking forward to the rest further edited.

just make the entire intermission of you trying to put on the hat. If you can mix down the breathing cameraman it should be ok. He has a very specific nose whistle frequency that if you can cut it out it should be ok.
