Join us for an intensive, open-level fan dancing workshop with Dannie Diesel (Danielle Colby from American Pickers), where all body types, genders, ages, and abilities are welcome. This intimate and inclusive workshop is perfect for anyone interested in burlesque, vintage dance, or simply exploring the art of fan dancing.
Fan dancing blends flirtation and elegance, from the classic styles of Jean Idelle and Sally Rand to the modern flair of performers like Dannie Diesel. With over 15 years of global experience and a deep dive into fan dancing techniques, Dannie Diesel is excited to share her expertise with you.
In this 3-hour intensive, you'll learn smooth transitions, unique fan movements, and techniques to connect with your body and breath, enhancing both your stage presence and everyday life. You'll also get an exclusive look at Sally Randβs original ostrich feather fan and dancing shoes, and learn about her connection to the Quad Cities.
Bring your own fans or borrow one from Dannie's personal collection. For those seeking more personalized guidance, Dannie offers private sessions at $300 per hour.

Great job on the editing work. It's nice to know you are passing on this phase of burlesque. Gonna be fun and educational. Good luck with enrollment. π₯°
