Hello Patrons, I hope you are having a good morning! Here is a bit of practice progress post stretch session yesterday. I’ve explained a bit about my health complications and limited mobility in my previous posts. I’m on 3 weeks sober from alcohol, weed and caffeine due to the severity of my trigeminal neuralgia. I’m noticing the pain level decrease day by day. I still eat flour from time to time but definitely notice the inflammation increases the more I eat it. The inflammation certainly affects my movement and pain level so I’m working on that but I do love pasta, bread and sweet treats, so it’s difficult but I’m doing my best each day. Yesterday I definitely ate pizza, it wasn’t worth it as I’m feeling so rough that I can not practice today. So today I will do my regular stretching and exercise for high pain days. Tomorrow will be better because today I will be much more mindful of my food intake and focus on withholding carbs. It’s a delicate balance and extremely frustrating but I’m not going to focus on that. I’m going to focus on how fortunate I am to be able to make changes that will help. Today I will do some unboxing and stoning on my newly designed costumes. I have a massive stack of new packages of vintage goodness. I’ll film that for you so you can share in my excitement! Sending love to you all on your Saturday journeys to the farmers market, work, fishing or family outings, whatever your journey is!❤️❤️❤️

I’m still riding the sugar train 🚂 can’t drop that one yet. Maybe in time if it helps with my inflammation

These dance "routines" are so much more enjoyable knowing how "non-routine" they really are. We all certainly appreciate the work you go thru to bring a little sunshine and smiles to our life's. Stay strong D.C.🥰🙂

Sugar and things that convert to sugars is harder to give up than any other stimulants 😪

Congratulations on the progress you've made on living a healthier lifestyle. It's tough but I'm confident that you will meet your goals. You are a strong woman. The low carb diet can be boring but it works, at least it did for me. I don't know about the weed thing since I've never tried any. Best of luck sweetie. Now I'm going to watch the vids you posted. Have terrific day.🥰👍
