Hi there. Once you download a file from here, you need to unzip, unrar it by right clicking to the file but first, you need to have winrar / winzip installed on your pc. After you unzip / unrar them, you'll see 1 folder and 5 files. Files with starting 0x00000.... goes into your tray folder. The other folder is named Mods and everything inside this Mods folder goes into your Mods folder that is already installed on your pc > documents > ea > the sims 4 > mods. After that, load in your game and go to settings. In settings, tick the boxes of Allow custom content and Allow script files. Then quit the game, and re-load. You'll see the sims in your gallery but you also need to enable cc on the gallery. Option is on the gallery section.
