Sooo after i updated my game, some notes for you might want to use
🕑 Added 2022-06-20 00:28:34 +0000 UTCHi everyone! After i updated my game, i spent around 6 hours to chech what is going on, how the damage is etc. and it seems like nothing is terribly bad. Some hairs and skins are broken (as reportedly before) and thankfully, i did fix the hairs. Haven't tried the skins yet but according to what cmar says (the creator who made the fixing program), it's not possible in most cases but they are looking for their options.
So, starting from tomorrow (i'm so very tired because of constantly testing ccs for more than 6 hours nonstop), i'll slowly update my sims first on Patreon, then on Loverslab. If the sim is affected due to skin, i can't fix it yet (not until the skin creator fixes it themselves). But i will be updating sims who affected due to broken hair (and i fixed most of the hairs).
Other than updating sims soon, here are some infos worth mentioning:
⭕️ This was a HUGE update which broke too many ccs (skin, hair, slider) and put a heavy burden to cc creators. They are slowly updating their ccs. And so will i starting from tomorrow. I will keep you posting about updated sims.
⭕️ Don't forget to delete your localthumbcache.package . If you don't know how, quick google search will be helpful. Deleting this will be healthy every now and then (i delete it every week).
⭕️ Some old sliders are REALLY REALLY problematic and they are easy to hide from sight. For example, REDHEADSIMS CASFeetUpBootsHeelsSlider01.package, LUUMIA_mod1.package, shoe slider default packs (more like mods not slider), are some of the problematic sliders (at least on my end). So, please make sure to remove them, search them name by name. Also, please delete [Alecai-Sims] Beard_N1.package too.
⭕️ After you update your game, i highly recommend you to download these updated sliders which all are compatible with the latest patch. But please, delete these ones' older versions from your mods folder by searching them from the top right corner. Also, before you place the updated ones, make a search as cmar and delete their older sliders too (might be v1 or v2 or without version names). After that, place the updated ones.
⭕️ Some ccs are not compatible with the newest update and they are overriding female bodies, such as "goly_tors_M_packageHQ", "LLS_BOD-E_Muscular_Default", and some of the other golyhawhaw's top meshes. Please delete these ones if you have in your mods. I can't tell which of them are no longer supported because i use bank42n's and THOR's male musclar top meshes myself.
⭕️ Make sure to create a new folder and include all the "default" body parts (such as feet, bottom, top, breast etc) in it. If you will have any problem with default parts, it would be easy for you to remove them as you know where all of them are.
These are all i can think of at the moment. I feel very tired and i will keep working on the sims tomorrow.
Thank you for your time, your support and your understanding. ♥

For some of them, yes.

Have you tried the latest version of cmars tool to fix skin overlays? If so does it work OK?
