That manager Yeong Sun has been with SuJu for a very long time. He was roomies with Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk at the old dorm until about over a year ago. When Donghae and Eunhyuk started their own company they took him with them. When he got married, he walked down the aisle to the SuJu song Superman and Leeteuk MC'd the wedding. And yes, Heechul really did pay for his eye surgery. He is one of their family bascislly.
