Here are some ideas you could possibly make work. You already did a pig look, wouldn't mind seeing an update with your bigger size. Or a toga, well-fed Caesar look. something with rope, playing a victim. Or a serial killer with small fitting apron to accentuate your size and a butcher knife, with or without a mask. You could do an orc if you are interested in painting your body (though that sounds like a lot of work at your size, and messy)
