Disintegrity 54 remade + 47 HD
🕑 Added 2020-07-20 23:29:31 +0000 UTCHere's 47 HD !
Let's move on !
As you might have noticed if you have eyes (which is likely the majority of you), 54 has changed. What used to be the entire page is now the first two panels basically. And even then the first one doesn't transcribe everything that the old equivalents were.
The structure changed since I thought it was better to linger on the after-shot than the pre-shot. The old page is more about demonstrating Zee's surprise whereas the new is more about making the awkward situation linger on. "Why ?", i hear you ask through the bugs I planted in your phone.
Well, for one cos I feel like establishing further that Zee doesn't exactly knows what he's doing isn't that necessary (even if it's kinda cute but it's barely relevant as the comic goes on) whereas highlighting that he's worried it's already over is a little more engaging.
Furthermore, it bleeds into the next pages a little better. While it used to be one panel is the spurt, the next one on page 55 is Zee just swallowing it and that's that, done ! The seamen disembarked at mach speed ! Now page 54 makes it seem like Larsen's cake icing took a little longer to fully come out and Zee accepted it with patience even if he's disappointed.
Aside from that, since most of the page is new, there isn't much to compare so that's all I got to say about it!
