🕑 Added 2020-09-12 04:45:10 +0000 UTCI had a dream once that I was in what I can only describe as a magical faerie land. I've always felt a connection with faerie folklore, but describing how I felt in this dream really doesn't do it justice. It was the ultimate peace, like I'd finally come home. It was the feeling like I'd found the place I knew I'd always belonged. I dream vividly often, and sometimes lucidly. I dream complete journeys from beginning to end. In color, with sensations, and even sometimes premonitions. But I have never had the intense sense of harmony like I did in this one. The environment wasn't extravagant or grandiose, in fact, the visuals weren't anything that special. And before I woke up, I remember having the bittersweet understanding that to accept this world I had to leave my old one behind. Maybe I woke up because I simply couldn't do that. But I often miss it there, and hope that one day I'll find it again.

Lady Dove, Queen of Faerie, Queen of the Fay, of woods and rivers and streams and twigs, of pebbles and stone, of antler and alabaster bone, of silver moonlight and sunlit gold, of midnight mischief, full of woman's worldly wisdom, sweet in profound sorrow deep and dancing ecstasies of wild delight, the glimmer of spider silk and the sound of butterfly wings in the wind. 💙
