Dude, try extract these "release0xx.var" file like zip/rar file, then locate at specific location. You case may cause by .var version conflict.
having an issue where there is no animation for the scene, sound and everything else works and it doesn't say I'm missing any add-ons, also when i load a character in there are no morphs shown
