This release brings significant changes to the game.
Manus
As mentioned in the Update post, the first thing is the new Menus.
This update brings a much-needed improvement to the character selection process, replacing the clunky screen.
Now, you can select and see the characters and change and see their customizations.
Customization
Speaking of customizations that also changed, the different options are filtered by category to avoid clutter and make them easier to navigate.
You will also notice a settings tab on the right that lets you quickly change navigation settings such as cursor directions and sensitivity.
Thumbnails
Thumbnails are also a needed feature, so they're here now.
They make it easier to distinguish between customizations.
Whenever you save the customization, a thumbnail will be generated.
Settings
Another change is the settings options.
The entire functionality has been replaced with a new one that works much better and should boost performance significantly.
Finally, I fixed the resolution issues.
On top of that, there are more graphics options and an overall quality option.
Now, to the more critical changes
Controls
There are three different primary control states.
First: is, while controlling a character in the third and first person, that has stayed the same.
Second: Spectator: while you are not controlling a character and walking around, it mainly works as before, but now the "Left-Mouse-Button" will pan the camera instead.
Third: Orbit: This state allows you to change your focus on a point and rotate around it. You can also use W and S to zoom in and out.
(you can change that to Pitch the camera up and down in the Settings if you prefer)
The meaningful change here is how those states are blended and switched from one to another to make much smoother controls.
Toys
The toys are now practically glitch-free. You can move them all you want, and they won't glitch out the target hole.
While holding a Toy and approaching a character, it switches to an Orbit camera and focuses on the target, making it easier to work with while controlling the toys.
Important!
A toy won't work if a character is not in a pose, so tell them to bend over or something before you go pocking them.
(in the next release, make sure to make them go into a pose if they notice you want to play with them)
One-click penetration:
When the toy has found a target, the "Left Mouse Button" adjusts it to the desired location.
Any subsequent click will penetrate, while a double click will allow you to leave the toy to work.
Character Focus and Control panel
When you get close to or click on a character in a "Pose," it automatically sets it as a target and places it on the control panel on the right.
This allows you to manipulate the characters while you're in any control state.
"Hold-F"
Holding "F" will let you immediately perform the primary action without opening the menu and selecting from there when you see the interaction prompt pulsing.
Holding F while holding a toy will let you drop the toy.
Holding F while in Orbit, the Camera will switch to the Spectator
Holding F while Controlling a character will switch to Spectator (if there is no other prompt)
(The quick actions will be added to the action bar in the next release)
Multiple new actions with the Radial Menu
The most useful is Call Partner.
You will see it with the "Hearts" icon. It filters the available characters and allows you to call them to join another character directly.
Fixes.
The ones I remember are:
Character walking into you while you're with another fixed
Dismiss character from Quick Menu Fixed
Note
This was one of the most significant changes I've ever made in a month, and I'm very happy with the result.
Many more things still need changes and improvements, but it's looking much more processing now.
For the next release, I'll focus on the pelvis movements and more general improvements to the Sex mode, making the character more proactive. I'll have to make changes to the control panel.
I also need to start working on the new Emma model.
