The funny thing was that Chaeryeong said Changbin's abs are shown repeatedly in shorts, but she was twisting the comment that is always made about her. She has the best abs for females in kpop and is constantly viral for her showing her abs. There is a clip where she responded to a fan's sign at a concert "Chaeryeong show us your abs" and she pulls up her shirt and shows them. There is the infamous vlive where she was showing the "time in Korea" to international fans by showing her "lock screen" on the phone. The wallpaper was just a shot of her abs. You can see them a bit when they do the exercises.

Chaeyeon had a herniated disk in her lower back. She said she would not dance for a while but she did. She was asked about it on several contents she does, and she said she meant she would not dance any extreme choreography and since she wasn't going to be promoting an album for a while (contract with WM is ending, no signs of a final album there) she just meant she wasn't going to do "preparation choreo" but still dances for fun. She did rock climbing and all kinds of physical contents. She said as long as it isn't hurting she thinks its probably fine.
