I believe your question was answered on Discord, but as stated in the post, I'd recommend using WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the archive.

anyone else unable to actualy download the game? I keep getting sent to Zip Extractor where nothing happens

Are you playing on windows? Are you making sure to paste the save file inside the "Terminal\www\" folder?

Why do I lost my progress? I keep the saved files but the game just give the new game option
