June 2023 Previews

I’ll keep the text here brief since I don’t have the time or energy for a full blog post right now, which is good since there isn’t much to write about anyway.
I’ve been putting off making a post like this until I could say “I’ve finally finished work on all of Iris’ scenes”, but it’s the end of another month & the work there still continues. Not ideal, but I’m itching for a release in July regardless so I’ll press on & see where we end up.
My biggest personal interest right now is in getting a release out every 1-2 months, just for my own sanity. I’ve been talking about it for so long & I don’t want to put it off any longer.
Full transparency, we’re likely looking at a Late-July ETA here, & the scope may have to be compromised a little more to get something out the door in a timely fashion. But I’ll keep you posted more frequently now that I’m getting close enough to see the finish line.
Might change gears from rendering for a few days to get some of the critical game features done & ensure that no matter what I release in July, players’ save files from that build will be good to keep moving forward.
Thank you for your continued support & patience. I hope the new previews are enough to tide you over. Now, let’s go get a new build out.
~ Jim
