Final ALPHA #2 Previews
🕑 Added 2022-04-30 16:13:36 +0000 UTCHello all,
Just a heads up that (as is tradition) there's still probably about 3-4 days of work left on the v0.10 ALPHA #2 if I'm being honest with myself. I also haven't been in a good condition to pull "all-nighters" this time around.
This means I'll be once again sending the v0.10 ALPHA 2 download links out to April patrons via their DMs in addition, for those who are cancelling their pledges for May and will miss out on accessing the release post when it does go live in this first week of May.
For most players though, this build probably isn't all that special anyway considering the additions are essentially those that were detailed in last month's Dev Blog. I am releasing this build mostly for the sake of whipping myself into some kind of reliable release schedule moving forward.
I'll now be targeting Early June for v0.10 ALPHA #3, focusing almost entirely on new scenes. So I'd imagine most would want to at least wait for that for a bit more content. The choice will be yours.
This post has the final two previews from ALPHA #2 in it that I will share. The few new scenes I have are basically all in and ready to go, but there is still some work to do on some of the new features, and I also still need to quickly address a lot of the minor bugs and feedback from the 1st ALPHA and do testing to make sure it's all good. It doesn't sound like a heap, but things always go wrong last minute and take longer than expected so I am (hopefully) planning for that in my estimations.
Thank you for your continued patience and support. I will post the release post and DM links as soon as it is good to go.
~ Jim
