Hey all,
Meant to make this post around a day ago, but have been busy with work and making sure the next render is always ready to go. Still don't have a solid ETA, so I'm just going to post percentages here as a sort of checklist you guys can track. This is for the $10 Beta, but the full release should come around 3 or so days after I confirm everything is working, and make some minor adjustments/improvements. And of course the $1 release 2 weeks after. So I figured I'd let all patrons see this so no one is in the dark.
With these scenes, I really just tried to feel them out as I went along. I ended up rendering over 3 times the amount of images I had originally planned for this version's scenes. It's been taking way longer because of this, but I think these scenes are some of the best I've made, so I hope it's worth it. The next few versions will diverge from these characters, so I wanted to give them something good. That being said, it is taking too long, and I probably should have just stuck to my original plan in the end.
The bright side of this is, all of the gameplay work is fairly straightforward this time around, almost all of the work on that front is for the scene implementation, so it's mainly the rendering progress that will be the number to keep an eye on.
There won't be a weekly update since any other renders I post will just spoil the fun of the scenes themselves. Sorry this one ended up taking so long, but the render opportunities were too good.

Tiffany's Scene with Jasper is done. I'm exporting the version now. I'll be uploading files and making a post shortly for the $10 Patrons. Somewhere around 30-40 minutes from now probably. A final teaser on Discord :)

Hitomi's scene is done and tested. That was the biggest one. The Tiffany & Jasper one won't take as long I think. I'd guesstimate around 4-5 hours from now until I'm posting a link to the beta for $10 patrons. The full release will be some time on Monday for $5+patrons. New teaser on Discord. :)

Woke up a few hours ago. Everything with Vanessa's scene is 100% done. Had a lot of fun writing her dialogue for this. Posted a teaser on Discord.

Forgot about an extra image variation but that didn't take so long to remedy since I had everything set up. I've set 'Feature Implementation' to 100% but It's still the same as yesterday. Like I said, the remaining 40% for that is Dialogue variations, but that will come in the full release, and this progress report is currently for the BETA so just to avoid confusion I've set it as finished since I'm not adding anything else to the BETA. I've both the new quests and all 3 areas, everything seems to be working so the remaining 20% is for playing the sex scenes and making sure there's no issues there, so that's basically done as well. All the quest dialogues are written and implemented. Most of Vanessa's scene and the Sewer Zombie scene is in. The other two I still have to do. Going to sleep now. Hoping to get it done tomorrow before I next sleep.

All 105 images edited. Including 3 more that I forgot I needed and had to pose, render and edit quickly because I'm a dummy. Quests are basically functional, just missing a couple conversations that I'll write in the morning. The remaining 40% of "Feature Implementation" is the new dialogue variations for non-slut Tiffany during all of the combat sex scenes that I have to finish. But I'll probably skip that for the beta and add it in for the full release since it doesn't need testing really and it's really a side option. So you might as well consider that section 100% complete as far as the beta is concerned... Will start and hopefully finish the sex scene implementation tomorrow. I need to sleep for now.

20 images left to edit when I wake up. Luckily I didn't have to re-render that image I messed up the lighting on (gg photoshop). I also (finally) have a few nights off work, so I'll just be crunching away at my computers for the next few days. I'd be pretty surprised (and disappointed) if I don't have the beta out during this week...

Finished all of the renders. However during editing, I discovered that I may need to re-render 3 of them due to inconsistent lighting. We'll see I may be able to salvage it during editing (which I began today). I also went and added the 'Skip Sex Scene' feature to every sex scene in the game so far (I think) instead of just the combat ones as originally planned, so this should really help people with speedruns or maintaining multiple playthroughs. I will prioritize getting the scenes in game and leave other features/improvements until after the beta has been releases.

Another quick update. Worked on implementing some of the quest parts while finishing up the renders. Now at 98/100. My PC's will be rendering the final 2 images tonight while I'm at work. Then the dreaded, tedious task of editing all of the renders in photoshop begins in the morning...

Thanks, and I also love how Vanessa turned out. I didn’t put that much thought into her design when I first made her tbh, but this year she’s really grown on me.

Love Vanessa so much. Generally I'm all about the big tiddies, but Vanessa's plenty big and her overall character design is so perfect. Anyways, I agree based on the previews that this has been some of your best work. The posing and camera angles have been spectacular in making everything look as sexy as possible. Ultimately, renders are the primary content people are coming for so there's no shame in taking more time to do more of them.

Updated some more progress. There are 15 renders left, all for Tiffany's scene with Jasper. But It's actually 5 images, with 3 variations each, so they'll be finished faster since variations take only a fraction of the time it takes to make the original image. All the mapping is also done for the new areas. There are a total of 3 new interiors in the east side of town.

Well, 2 PC's is quite good actually. I'm spending a lot of time posing and setting up materials, so this time it was a lack of human power as opposed to render power, though Hitomi herself does take longer to render due to her pale skin... for some reason I've yet to figure out...

Very slightly. He has been working on replicating some of F.W.I.'s experiments after all... But again, it is actually very slight here, Vanessa is about a head shorter than him so the size difference and angle here might help cause it to appear larger than in previous scenes.

First of all everything in the game is great work and second this game is definitely worth the wait also this kinda percentage thing is a pretty good way of showing what's done and what needs work. Just drop a post when things are about to be ready and I'll be happy.

Nice! Thx for the update ;) More renders is always a good thing I'd say so I have no problems waiting a few days longer ;) If you continue like this the third PC is already on it's way I guess? haha
