Say what you want about NIMBY’s but at least they’re honest. They don’t want poor people ruining their property value. YIMBY’s are the most dishonest political movement in “progressive” politics. They pretend they’re doing a favor to poor people when their primary driver is for profit development. They don’t want to build low cost housing they want to build whatever they can to make cash in areas where HOA’s are shutting out their butt ugly dealerships and strip malls.
