"Only 2 blackouts this week" ... hard to believe what kind of "normality" you have to get adjusted to. I wonder if you can communicate with your relatives in the occupied areas? Well, back to the project: I tried the animation again, and I think the current "checkIfActive" function only works as long as the screen is not too wide. I think there is a point, when the `curPos` will always be smaller than `(half - sliderWidth)`and therefore set `center`to true. Also, the wider the window gets, the earlier the shredder effect stops... Do you experience the same behaviour?

It is a beautiful project, but the downloadable code basis does not work correctly.
