Dev Diary, March 15th, 2024
🕑 Added 2024-03-15 13:03:21 +0000 UTCReal-life interrupted development quite a bit this week. In short, I've been planning to make some improvements to the road on my property, which led to almost a year of my application going back and forth within the municipality. But last week, I finally got the 'go-ahead,' so this week, potential contractors have visited me every single day to have a look at the property so they can give me a price - since it's a huge project involving reshaping the landscape completely.
But that part of my project is done now, and hopefully, I can get back to full-time game development.
I still got quite a few renders done and surpassed the 1k mark for renders, so it wasn't a complete dud week. 1,022 story renders have been completed so far, and the animations are unchanged at 5,379 frames.

Good luck, getting permits is never fun and finding a good trustworthy contractor... Hopefully you don't live in California
